COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic - August 16 and 17
COVID-19 vaccines will not be required of staff or students. We know that a number of our families do wish to have their children 12 years and older vaccinated, and that this is the recommendation of the CDC. As a matter of convenience, we will hold vaccine clinics on August 16 and 17 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in conjunction with our parent information nights. Advanced registration is encouraged to have adequate supply. You can register at https://vaccinate.wi.gov/en-US/. - The vaccination (Pfizer) is at no cost to our families; however, your insurance company will be billed directly (you will not see the bill). For that reason, proof of insurance is necessary at the clinic. If you do not have insurance, you may still receive the vaccination at no cost.
- Students and adults and any members of your family above 12 years of age may receive the vaccine. Students under 18 years of age must have parental consent.
- Registering online for the vaccine ahead of time is encouraged and highly recommended. Parents can give consent through the online registration. If you do not register, the parent must be present with his/her child at the time of the vaccination.

- Choose language preference
- Click on “Register now” to schedule
- Fill in all required fields
- When you reach the point in the registration that calls for you to select a location, put in 330 N. Glenview in place of your address and choose Wisconsin Lutheran High School.
