MPCP and WPCP Open Enrollment

2022 Open Enrollment starts on Tuesday, February 1, and is for all families wishing to utilize the Milwaukee (MPCP) or Wisconsin (WPCP) Parental Choice Program for the 2022-23 school year.

2022 Open Enrollment starts on Tuesday, February 1, and is for all families wishing to utilize the Milwaukee (MPCP) or Wisconsin (WPCP) Parental Choice Program for the 2022-23 school year.
 
Steps for returning MPCP families:
  1. Complete the MPCP application via the DPI website here
  2. E-mail your proof of residency to the WLHS Choice Administrators
  3. Make sure this process is completed by Monday, February 21
  4. Note: a confirmation E-mail will be sent to you from the WLHS Choice Administrators upon completion of this process.
Steps for returning WPCP families:
  1. Complete the WPCP application via the DPI website here
  2. E-mail your proof of residency to the WLHS Choice Administrators
  3. Make sure this process is completed by Friday, April 15
  4. Note: a confirmation E-mail will be sent to you from the WLHS Choice Administrators upon completion of this process.
Steps for any NEW families wishing to enroll into either of these programs:
  1. Complete the MPCP/WPCP application from the DPI here
  2. Bring in your necessary documents (as instructed by a confirmation E-mail you will receive from the DPI) during our Open Enrollment hours:
    • M, W, F - 7:30 a.m.-12:00 pm
    • T, Th - 11:00 a.m.-6:00 pm
    • After Monday, February 21 (for WPCP), by appointment only
  3. MPCP process must be completed by Monday, February 21. WPCP process must be completed by Friday, April 15.
