Softball Cruises Past Red Knights
The Wisco softball team bounced back from a tough loss on Saturday with a 19-0 romp at Milwaukee Lutheran. The three-inning victory ran the team's record to 12-3.
The Red Knights issued 21 walks to Viking batters, which accounted for most of the runs. Eden Rader went 2-3 at the plate and drove in three. Sofia Schroeder kept Milwaukee Lutheran off the board with three scoreless innings. She allowed only three hits and struck out five.
The Vikings host Greendale in a doubleheader at the WLC Fields on Tuesday. The first game is set to begin at 4:00 PM.
