Welcome Mrs. Stacy Bitter

Mrs. Stacy Bitter (pictured with her family, second from right) is the newest member of our English department, teaching American Literature 2 and English 9. Mrs. Bitter brings much experience as she was the Vice President of Academic Affairs at Shining Star Christian Schools from 2021-22, Director of Curriculum and Instruction from 2017-2022 and teacher at St. John’s, Milwaukee from 2014-2017. Mrs. Bitter is a 1994 graduate of Dr. Martin Luther College, earned a Master's degree in curriculum and instruction from Wisconsin Lutheran College in 2019, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education at Alverno College. Mrs. Bitter is married to Rev. David Bitter, who is serving at St. John, Milwaukee. They have three children, Ben (’15), Jacob, and Sarah (’21). Ben and Jacob attend Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary and Sarah attends UW-Madison. In her free time, Mrs. Bitter enjoys walking, reading, gardening, and brunching with family.
