Fall Sports Participation Card
Fall sports will be starting before you know it. All athletes must complete four forms each year in order to pick up their participation card. The participation card needs to be handed to the coach before beginning any tryout session or practice.
Our athletic registration for the participation card can be found online here. Only parents are to fill out the online registration. All necessary forms may also be picked up from the reception desk at the high school or printed from our website and returned when completed. With the change in athletic conferences, there have been some difficulties with online registration. If you experience this, please proceed with the hard copy format. Note: All physical forms must be handed in and not sent electronically.
