Zoo Interchange Project Update

As part of the Zoo Interchange project, improvements to the intersection of Bluemound Road and 84th Street will begin July 5. Motorists should watch for changing traffic patterns and expect delays. There will be a southbound lane reduction and sidewalk closure along 84th Street, as well as a right turn lane closure along Bluemound Road. Pedestrians should follow the posted pedestrian detour route signs to get around the sidewalk closure. These improvements will assist in providing better pedestrian accommodations while improving traffic flow within the intersection. Work in this area is slated to continue for approximately three weeks.
