WLHS Viking Band Entertains at Admirals Hockey Game
On Saturday, October 21, the Viking Band represented Wisco at the first "Luther Night" hosted by the Milwaukee Admirals at the US Cellular Arena. During each intermission, the Viking Band volleyed songs with Milwaukee Lutheran High School band who were stationed at the opposite corner of the arena. Although the Admirals didn't come out with the win, the night was complete with a pastor riding the human slingshot and some great Luther trivia. To cap off the night, the members of the band brought home a Martin Luther bobblehead to commemorate the evening.
