Celebrating 40 Years in the Ministry

Mr. Pete Schumacher, school counselor and AP Psychology instructor, is celebrating 40 years in the ministry! WLHS has been blessed by Mr. Schumacher's counseling, teaching, and coaching at WLHS since 1995. Prior to that, he served as a principal and teacher at Gloria Dei-Bethesda Lutheran School (1982-1995). Mr. Schumacher graduated from UW-Milwaukee with a Master of Science in psychology and is a DMLC ('82) graduate. He and his wife, Denyse, have four children who all graduated from WLHS, Eric (’98), Amy (’01), Kaitlyn (’04) and Jeremy (’06). Mr. Schumacher is a proud grandfather and enjoys sporting clays, hunting and fishing. The Schumachers are members at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Lannon.
