City of Milwaukee Proclaims Ned Goede Day

Sunday, April 18, was Mr. Ned Goede's final A Cappella church sing-out performance at St. Marcus Lutheran Church. Mr. Goede will fully retire at the end of this school year. He has served at WLHS as a personal counselor, religion instructor, and principal for more than 25 years. Among other duties, Mr. Goede served as director of the award-winning A Capella choir, the decorated swing choir, Wisco Kids, and several show-stopping musicals. In honor of his faithful service, Mayor Tom Barrett declared Sunday, April 18, 2021, to be Ned Goede Day.
