School Handbook Reminders
As we prepare for the start of the school year, we ask parents to review key school policies with their students. Please take special note of the following reminders:
- Cell phones may not be used during the school day without staff permission. Parents should contact the attendance office (414-626-4567) to relay messages.
- Smartwatches are not permitted during the school day.
- Athletic pants, sweatpants, or pants made from similar materials are not allowed.
- When wearing ripped jeans, the holes must be at or below the knee.
- Clothing with references to alcohol, drugs, or inappropriate themes (e.g., “trippy,” mushrooms, Playboy logo) is not allowed.
- Biker shorts, spandex shorts, and leggings may not be worn unless leggings are under a dress or skirt of appropriate length.
- Vacations should be planned around official school breaks.
- Punctuality matters—excessive tardiness may lead to a loss of class credit.
- Students must leave campus by 3:15 p.m. unless participating in an after-school activity or with permission from an assistant principal.
