Colorful Learning in Fashion Tech

Students in Mrs. Wenzel’s ('83) Fashion Tech I class recently wrapped up their fiber unit in a colorful way! After studying absorbency, students explored how cotton soaks up moisture by tie-dyeing their own t-shirts. This hands-on project gave them a creative opportunity to see science and fashion intersect—while showing off their unique designs.
