2025 Homecoming Dance
The 2025 Homecoming Dance theme is Gatsby Gala. The dance will take place in the Wisconsin Lutheran High School gymnasium on Saturday, October 4, from 7:00–10:00 p.m. Tickets are $14 per person and must be purchased in advance through Bound from Monday, September 29, at 7:00 a.m. through Friday, October 3, at 7:00 p.m. Tickets will not be sold at the door.
All students should arrange for transportation promptly at the end of the dance at 10:00 p.m. Please note that Milwaukee County curfew is 11:00 p.m., so students should be home or with a parent before curfew.
WLHS seeks to conduct dances that provide for the social development of our students in accordance with the Word of God. To help young Christians develop norms of behavior that are consistent with spiritual principles, the following guidelines have been established:
- Attire: Semi-formal (NO JEANS). Young men wear ties or sweaters; young women wear dresses or dress pants. Dress should be modest and God-pleasing.
- Chaperones: Dances are supervised by faculty, administration, and parent volunteers.
- Conduct: Students are expected to dress and behave in ways that reflect their faith.
- Guests: Only seniors may bring one guest of the opposite sex, and guests must be registered in advance. WLHS seniors are responsible for their guests’ conduct.
- Arrival/Departure: Students will not be admitted after 8:00 p.m. Once a student leaves, re-entry is not permitted unless accompanied by a chaperone to their car.
- Prohibited: Alcohol, tobacco, and illegal substances are strictly forbidden. All WLHS Handbook behavior standards apply.
