ProStart Students Excel at Brat Competition

WLHS ProStart student chefs entered into a Build-a-Brat Competition for the month of September, competing against other ProStart schools across Wisconsin. Students were tasked with creating and making a unique brat with a homemade topping. The top three brats were selected by professionals in the food industry. Congratulations to Danielle Allen ('24) who was chosen as one of the top three brats in Wisconsin with her "Bratriyaki," a combination of brat and teriyaki (pictured first)!
