MPCP & WPCP Open Enrollment
2025 Open Enrollment starts on Monday, February 3, for all families wishing to utilize the Milwaukee (MPCP) or Wisconsin (WPCP) Parental Choice Program for the 2025-26 school year.

Steps for returning and new MPCP families:
1. Complete the MPCP application via the DPI website here
2. E-mail your proof of residency to the WLHS Choice Administrators
• Please do not come into school
• E-mail documents to choice@wlhs.org
• To see a list of acceptable documents click here
• PLEASE NOTE: If a new Choice applicant to WLHS already has a sibling CURRENTLY attending WLHS through the Choice Program, please disclose this information in the E-mail body that you send.
3. Make sure this process is completed by Thursday, February 20 at 11:59 p.m., when MPCP open enrollment closes.
4. Note: a confirmation E-mail will be sent to you from the WLHS Choice Administrators upon completion of this process.
