New Door Access System Available in Fall 2025
Over spring break, WLHS installed a new door access system to further enhance the safety and security of our students, faculty, staff, and all visitors to our building. Beginning in the 2025-26 school year, students will be asked to download the Brivo Pass app—available in the Apple and Google app stores. Before the start of the school year, each student will receive a mobile access credential sent to their WLHS email address. Once added to the app, this digital pass will allow students to access designated school entrances between 7:00–7:45 a.m., consistent with current access times.
Testing the system with select faculty, staff, and students has already begun with encouraging results. Additional testing will continue over the 2025 summer to ensure a smooth rollout. We’re excited to provide this technology upgrade as part of our continued commitment to campus security.
