Morning Assembly on Friendship

WLHS hosts four morning assemblies each year, designed to address topics that connect with the challenges and opportunities teens face today. The first assembly, held on September 23, focused on the theme of friendship. Campus Pastor Phil Huebner ('99) opened with a devotion, followed by seniors Alexis Bauer, Dameon Highshaw, and Annalise Kuehn, who shared their personal experiences about building friendships in high school and the role of Christian influence in their lives.
