Student-Led Bible Studies

For months our Wisco Witnesses in the World (WWW) Executive Leadership Team have been planning ways to help students grow in their focus and study of God’s Word. On October 8, that vision came to life as six trained seniors led small group Bible studies in six different religion classrooms. A total of 55 students arrived early—before the school day began—to read Scripture, pray, and discuss God’s Word together from 8:00–8:30 a.m. This marks the beginning of a new opportunity for student-led Bible study and faith connection on campus.
These small groups, open to all students, will continue meeting on the first Wednesday of each month while staff gather in the atrium for Bible study. Students who sign up are placed into balanced groups by age and gender, with senior leaders guiding discussions using materials prepared by Campus Pastor Dr. Phil Huebner.

Initial feedback from students was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing gratitude for the chance to connect, share, and grow in faith together. Pastor Huebner shared his excitement, “Just imagine on those future Wednesdays having some 125 to 175 people in the Word at the same time on our campus! We are blessed.”
