Taher Job Opening at WLHS
Taher Inc. is seeking a full-time chef/cook to join our energetic Wisconsin Lutheran High School kitchen team serving meals to students and faculty. This position is primarily Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., with a possible short shift every other weekend to support our international student program.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Preparing the main lunch entrée each day
- Following recipes and measurement conversions
- Providing quality, friendly service to students and staff
- Assisting with end-of-day clean up (dishes, sweeping, mopping, next-day prep)
- Following all food safety requirements and guidelines
Preferred qualities:
- Works well with others and communicates positively
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Maintains a positive work environment and respects confidentiality
- Able to meet deadlines and handle a fast-paced setting
