Second-Half Slump Leads to Loss

The boys basketball team suffered its second loss of the season on Friday night, dropping a Woodland Conference game to Pewaukee by a score of 56-55.

The Vikings were unable to sustain a 19-point halftime advantage. They turned the ball over nine times in the second half and managed just three points in the game's final four minutes, while allowing the Pirates to shoot 55% after halftime.

Jamiir Allen matched his career high with 13 points off the bench. Prentice Young added 12 points and Isaiah Hopf handed out a team-high five assists. More stats are available here.

The Vikings host New Berlin West on Tuesday, January 26. Tip-off is schedule for 7 PM at Wisconsin Lutheran College.
