Smart Tuition Enrollment Deposit

A non-refundable enrollment deposit of $200 per student is required by March 31 to reserve your child's seat for the upcoming school year and to ensure course scheduling priority. This $200 is part of your child's total tuition for the school year, not an additional fee. The enrollment deposit does not apply to MPCP or WPCP students. The enrollment deposit is due at the time you submit your enrollment contract by electronic check or credit card. The enrollment contract will be available beginning March 15 in your onCampus account (login here). Regular monthly payments are due on the 1st or 15th of the month dependent on what is chosen in the contract. Monthly payments can be made in person at WLHS (cash or check), via electronic check or credit card in your Smart Tuition account through OnCampus, or over the phone with Smart Tuition (888-868-8828).
Families that applied for tuition assistance or scholarships by the due date are reminded that grants will be posted to accounts beginning Monday, March 15. If your Tuition Assistance application was submitted after January 31, please allow extra time for grants to be posted.
