Nine Straight Wins for Vikings

Eddie Rynders hurled a complete game and the Wisco baseball team won it's 9th consecutive contest, a 7-3 victory over West Allis Central at Belich Field.

Rynders struck out 9 and walked just 1 while giving up 3 earned runs to earn the win on the mound. He also enjoyed a 2-5 day at the plate.

Wisco got on the board first when Ethan Muma scored on a passed ball in the bottom of the 2nd. Tyler Danko then drove in Rynders to make it 2-0, Vikings. Two Bulldog errors helped Wisco add two more runs in the top of the 4th, and after Central cut the lead to 4-3 in the bottom of the inning, the Vikings responded with three more runs in the 5th to give Rynders a cushion over the final three innings.

The team displayed a sharp eye at the plate. Wisco drew 12 bases on balls, led by Logan Abramowski with four and Muma with three.

The Vikings travel to The Rock on Thursday to take on Pius XI in a 4:30 PM game.
