New Family Parent/Athlete Orientation

The New Family Parent/Athlete Orientation will take place Wednesday, July 28, at 7:00 p.m. in the WLHS auditorium. This orientation meeting is for students participating in WLHS athletics for the first time and their parents and will address:
  • the role our athletic department plays in Christian education,
  • WLHS and WIAA requirements for student eligibility,
  • instructions for registering your child for athletics, including time-saving use of our website and athletic software,
  • information on NCAA eligibility planning,
  • the Viking Volunteer Booster Club,
  • Code of Conduct for co-curricular activities, and more.
If your student is not going out for a fall sport, but is planning on trying out for a winter or spring sport, you and your student still need to attend the orientation meeting at 7:00 p.m.
