Kuehn Advances to State
Eva Kuehn continued her strong season on Saturday by qualifying for the WIAA State Cross Country Championship for the second consecutive season. Kuehn advanced by virtue of her 6th place overall finish at Saturday's WIAA Sectional Championship. She covered the 5,000-meter Mitchell Park course in 19:08.2, her best time of the season.
The rest of the girls cross country team concluded their seasons, with many of the girls posting season-best times. Also competing for the Vikings were Makayla Wendl (21:30.5), Annabelle Nault (21:54.8), Kirstin Neuwirth (22:10.7), Jenna Goelz (22:16.1), Ava Biesterfeld (22:24.1), and Sylvia Delwiche (22:28.1).
