Boys XC Caps Season at State
The boys cross country team concluded its season with a trip to the WIAA State Championships in Wisconsin Rapids. The boys raced to a 14th place finish among the 20 Division 1 teams that qualified.
Senior Michael Miller led the team with an 80th place finish in the field of 187. He completed the 5000 meter course in 17 minutes, 25.2 seconds. He was followed by Jacob Alejandro (102nd), Quincy Kehoe (103rd), Silas Ebeling (107th), Nick Wendl (134th), Joey Merrill (167th), and Sam Goede (169th). Full results are available here.
The boys team returned to state after a one year absence and have advanced to the state championship in 12 of the last 13 years.
