Lady Vikings Stop Hartford
The girls basketball team began the season with a road victory, erupting for 74 points in a six-point victory at Hartford Union on Saturday. A balanced effort led the way as five Vikings scored in double figures.
The team led 35-30 at halftime and knocked down 15 of 18 attempts from the charity stripe to seal the victory.
Jazz Smith and Ally Rhyner led the team with 13 points apiece. Jayla Rankin added 12, Noel Greene had 11, and Kenly Frey scored 10. A box score is available here.
