Shorthanded Vikings Fall to Lady Popes
Despite missing a few key players, the Wisco girls basketball team battled hard against Pius XI on Friday night. In the end, however, the Vikings could not keep pace with the #5 Lady Popes and fell by a score of 86-41.
Kenly Frey paced the team with 12 points. She was followed closely by Jayla Rankin with 10 points and Madison Reid with 9. A box score is available here.
The team takes a break during the Christmas holiday and returns to action in the new year when they host Pewaukee on January 4.
