Henn, Jackson Place at Oshkosh
The Viking wrestling team competed at one of the largest invitationals in the state over Christmas break, taking part in the On-the-Water Invitational hosted by Lourdes Academy in Oshkosh. The tournament brought together 63 teams from around the state over two days at the Kolf Center on the campus of UW-Oshkosh.
Coen Henn earned top honors for Wisco. He placed 4th out of 33 competitors in the 113-pound weight class. The team's other place winner was Jordan Jackson, who took 8th in a field of 33 heavyweight (285) wrestlers.
The team returns to action in the new year when they host New Berlin Wrestling in a Woodland Conference matchup on Wednesday, January 5.
