Vikings Roll Past Bulldogs
Wisconsin Lutheran improved to 19-2 and completed a 3-0 week with an 86-53 win over West Allis Central on Saturday night. The Vikings defense took control of the game early by forcing steals and turnovers which turned into points on the other end. They closed the first half by holding the Bulldogs to just two points over the final 7+ minutes to take a 42-19 lead into the locker room. The lead got as high as 38 points in the second half, as Wisco moved to within one victory of clinching a share of the Woodland West Conference title.
Jamiir Allen led all scorers with 17 points; he added four assists and three steals. Kon Knueppel scored 14 points, came up with five steals, blocked a pair of shots, and handed out three assists. Jordan Glenn had 12 points, five rebounds, and three steals, and London Ashford matched his season high with nine points and four rebounds.
