Glenn Receives Nomination for Spirit of Sport Award
Senior Jordan Glenn is a nominee for the WIAA Spirit of Sport Award sponsored by Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin. Winners of this award embody the spirit of sport by exemplary sportsmanship, exemplary citizenship by assisting others within the school or community, and overcoming significant adversity or challenging circumstance to participate or assist others. In 2021, Jordan collapsed during a game at Menomonee Falls High School as he was suffering from cardiac arrest. Every time Jordan Glenn takes the court for the Wisco's boys basketball team, it’s a moment to give thanks.
Nominations for the award are generated through NFHS member state associations and reviewed by the NFHS National High School Spirit of Sport Award Selection Committee composed of state association staff members. The 2022 winner will be selected later this spring.
