Baseball Bounces Back by Beating Bulldogs

After a frustrating, error-filled loss on Monday, the Wisco baseball team rebounded with an 11-1 victory over West Allis Central in five innings on Tuesday afternoon.

Jake Ross shut down the Bulldogs, allowing just one hit and no earned runs in five innings pitched, while striking out seven and issuing no walks. Lucas Oswald paced the offense with a 2-3 day at the plate; he scored twice and drove in two runs. Carlos Walta also drove in a pair and crossed the plate twice himself, and Will Hotchkiss was a perfect 2-2 at the plate with a walk and an RBI.

The Vikings take on Central again on Wednesday night at Belich Field.
