Diary of a Viking Kid

On Thursday and Friday, May 18 and 19, every WLHS student receives their 2022-23 Compass, our yearbook. This year’s theme is Diary of a Viking Kid, a play on author Jeff Kinney’s popular Diary of a Wimpy Kid series. In text and hundreds of images, the Compass staff captured highlights and memories of this past school year from the dedication of newly-renovated Zeitler Stadium to mission trips. Of course, no yearbook can reflect everything that happens, but we are hopeful Diary of a Viking Kid will prompt smiles and reflections now and in the future.

Thank you to the Compass staff and their advisor Mrs. Patti Wenzel (’83) for completing this yearbook, which is a year-long project
