Downtown Milwaukee boasts historic buildings, beautiful architecture and sculptures, and the lakefront of Lake Michigan. One group of Honey Creek Hall dorm students signed up for a Saturday afternoon of walking around the city to see a few of these different sights, including the Milwaukee Art Museum (one of the most iconic structures in Milwaukee), the 130-year-old Pfister Hotel, and the RiverWalk which winds through the city next to the Milwaukee River. Another group took a guided bike tour along a path which took them from a city park all the way to the beach by Lake Michigan. Students enjoyed a chance to see both the city atmosphere and the landscapes around the heart of Milwaukee.
