String Fest Unites Schools in Music and Fellowship

Wisconsin Lutheran High School hosted its first String Fest on January 31, welcoming string students from Shoreland Lutheran, Luther Prep, and Kettle Moraine Lutheran for a day centered on fellowship, rehearsal, and shared music-making. The event concluded with a powerful mass orchestra concert featuring 40 high school musicians.

This year’s theme, Our Eternal Home, pointed students and listeners to the hope we have in Jesus despite the challenges of life on earth, and the joy we anticipate as we look forward to eternity in heaven with our Savior. Through music and collaboration, the festival served as a meaningful reminder of the faith that unites our schools and the gifts God has given these young musicians.

Thank you to our Strings Instructor, Mrs. Megan Buschkopf ('00), for organizing this inaugural event.
