WELS Calls Updates

The following is an update on the calls that were received and extended at WLHS:
  • Mr. Ben Carlovsky returned his call to Minnesota Valley Lutheran High School (New Ulm, MN)
  • Ms. Abigail Bosin returned our call to teach Spanish.
  • The WLHS Board of Directors extended a call to Mrs. Michelle Treder, currently serving at California Lutheran Academy (Wildomar, CA),  to teach Spanish. We are pleased to report that she has accepted our call.
  • Mr. Joe Janke ('08) and his wife Christy received calls to Divine Savior Academy (Sienna, TX), to teach English and preschool.
  • Pastor Josh Zarling, husband of Mrs. Rossi Zarling, our library assistant, has received a call to Our Savior Lutheran Church (Brookings, SD) .
  • Mr. Quinten Petersen received a call to be the band director at Fox Valley Lutheran High School (Appleton, WI).
We are grateful to have Mr. Carlovsky and Mrs. Treder continue their ministries at WLHS. Please keep Mr. and Mrs. Janke, Pastor and Mrs. Zarling, and Mr. Petersen and his family in your prayers as they deliberate their calls.
