Enrollment Contracts & New Tuition Payment System for 2026-27

Enrollment contracts for the 2026–27 school year became available in onCampus on February 27. To reserve your student’s seat and ensure course scheduling priority, a non-refundable enrollment deposit (per tuition-paying student) is due at the time you complete your contract. This deposit is applied toward total tuition and is not an additional fee.

Important deadlines:
  • MPCP & WPCP contracts: Due March 6
  • SNSP & Tuition contracts: Due March 15
  • The enrollment deposit does not apply to MPCP, WPCP, and SNSP students
  • All families must complete an enrollment contract.
New Tuition Payment System – Effective June 2026
Beginning with the 2026–27 school year, WLHS will transition from the current Tuition Management system to the new Billing Management module within onCampus. Click here for the previous communication.

Starting in June, families will:
  • Make tuition payments through Billing Management in the Parent Portal
  • Pay additional school-related fees in the same system
  • View payment plans and scheduled payment dates in one convenient location
New Information: After signing your enrollment contract, you may log into Billing Management (login to onCampus here) to view your payment plan and scheduled payment dates for the upcoming school year.

Please note:
  • Remaining tuition payments for the current school year should still be made through the current Tuition Management system.
  • 2026–27 tuition payments will be processed through Billing Management beginning in June.
  • When completing your contract, your enrollment deposit must be paid through the contract module. That payment will appear in Billing Management once the new system goes live.
