Athletic Registration Open & Sports Physicals Offered at WLHS
Planning to participate in athletics during the 2026–27 school year? All student-athletes must complete athletic registration before tryouts or the first day of practice, as required by the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA). Registration opened July 1 through the WLHS Bound athletic website and must be completed annually by a parent or guardian.
New this year: Sports physicals will be offered at WLHS on July 9 and 14. Additonal dates may be added. The cost is $70. Families can book their appointment directly using the link here.

Please remember:
- A current WIAA physical (dated April 1, 2025, or later) or a valid WIAA Alternate Year Athletic Permit Card is required.
- Medical forms must be uploaded during the online registration process. Paper copies will not be accepted.
- Families will receive a confirmation email after submitting registration and a clearance email once the Athletic Office has approved all requirements.
