2026-27 School Theme: Anchored in Christ
Each new school year brings exciting opportunities, new responsibilities, and sometimes unexpected challenges. In moments of change or uncertainty, our 2026–27 school theme offers a powerful reminder: we are Anchored in Christ.
Hebrews 6:19 tells us, “We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.” Just as an anchor holds a ship steady when winds blow and waves rise, our hope in Jesus keeps us from drifting. That hope does not depend on our success, strength, feelings, or ability to hold everything together. It rests securely in Christ and in all he has done for us.
Being anchored in Christ does not mean that challenges will never come. It means we know who holds us when they do. When plans change, Christ remains faithful. When we fall short, his forgiveness remains sure. When the future feels uncertain, his promises remain firm and secure.
Throughout this school year, may our classrooms, chapel worship, activities, friendships, and service continually point us back to the certain hope we have in Jesus. Together, we are Anchored in Christ.
