Post High School Planning Night - Wednesday, September 16

All students and parents are invited to the WLHS Post High School Planning Night on Wednesday, September 16, from 6-8:00 p.m. This event prepares students and their families for life after high school, which includes options like college, trade school, apprenticeships, and other career paths. Information and guidance will be given regarding academic and careers plans, researching institutions, understanding financial aid, completing FAFSA applications, and creating a personalized plan. 

The schedule of the evening includes:

• 6:00-7:00 p.m: Academic and Career Plan and the college application process and financial aid presentation in the atrium. This presentation will be primarily for 11-12th graders but all families are invited. 
• 6:00-8:00 p.m: College Fair in the main gym. Meet representatives from a variety of colleges and universities, including trade and tech schools, two- and four-year institutions, military academies, and fire and police training programs
