All juniors will take the ACT on Tuesday, March 17. This is a required school day for juniors.
Students should arrive by 7:30 a.m. with a fully charged Chromebook, as the test will be completed online. A limited grab-and-go breakfast will be available. Students may bring a calculator for the math section, though calculators will not be provided. Late arrivals cannot be admitted.
There is no cost for the test, and ACT scores are required for most college applications. Students who have not yet created an ACT account or would like a prep booklet may stop by Student Services.
Dismissal will be at 12:30 p.m.
Test Day Tips
Get 8–10 hours of sleep the night before.
Eat breakfast so you’re ready to focus.
Manage your time—answer easier questions first and return to harder ones later.
All juniors were assigned to one ACT Crash Course session during Flex. Information and resources were shared with them including practice tests.
