Parents and New Students Information Nights - August 12 & 13
Parents and new students are invited to kick off the 2026–27 school year by attending one of our Parent Information Nights on Wednesday, August 12, or Thursday, August 13. These evenings provide an opportunity to meet school administrators, counselors, teachers, staff, and members of the WLHS Board of Directors, learn about the upcoming school year, ask questions, and explore the many programs and opportunities available at Wisco.
New Student Information
New students may:
- Pick up their Chromebook
- Have their student ID photo taken
- Scan their fingerprint for the school meal service
Returning Student Information
Returning students may pick up their Chromebooks and have ID photos taken in the library on Thursday, August 6 or Monday, August 10 from 3:00–7:00 p.m.
To help balance attendance, we encourage families with students whose last names begin with A–K to attend on August 12 and L–Z to attend on August 13. However, families are welcome to attend the evening that best fits their schedule.
Please note: Students with outstanding Chromebook or charger fines from last spring will not receive a device until those fines have been paid. Student ID cards will be distributed after yearbook photos are taken during the first week of school.

Parent and Information Night Schedule
6:00–6:30 p.m.
- Organization Fair featuring athletics and co-curricular activities
- Information on Taher Food Services, calculator rentals, free and reduced lunch, locker shelves, logo wear, and more
- Limited printed copies of the Student Handbook, worship theme, and Student Services information available in the atrium
6:30–7:15 p.m.
- Welcome presentation in the auditorium by Principal Landon Zacharyasz, Assistant Principals Bret Hopf and C.L. Whiteside, and Director of Student Services Grey Davis
- Topics include our mission, statement of beliefs, handbook highlights, daily schedule, grading, Academic & Career Planning, and more
7:15–8:00 p.m.
- Visit your student's homeroom
- Receive locker number and combination
- Learn about onCampus and Flex
- Continue exploring the Organization Fair
