Wisco Girls Swimming & Diving Makes Its Debut

Following the launch of our boys swimming program last year, we're excited to celebrate the inaugural season of Wisco girls swimming and diving! Nine Wisco student-athletes, with the assistance of Coach Kaitlin Hernandez, are competing as part of a cooperative team with Greenfield and Pius XI High Schools, marking another exciting opportunity for our Vikings to shine.

The Greenfield-Wisco-Pius co-op is already making waves! The team earned an impressive second place finish at the 2026 Woodland Conference Relays, scoring 363 points. Junior Evelyn Maksim and freshman Serena Santana led the way with first and second place finishes in diving, while juniors Vivian Liu, Ella Nuoffer, and Maksim contributed to three second-place relay finishes.
The momentum continued with both JV and varsity victories in a tri-meet against Whitnall and Brookfield Academy/Milwaukee Lutheran. Wisco swimmers and divers have delivered strong individual performances, including first-place finishes by Maksim in diving and Nuoffer in the 200 individual medley, along with impressive efforts from Lyla Pierce, Tessa Treder and Annie Sadler.

We're proud of these young women for representing Wisco and helping build the foundation for girls swimming and diving at WLHS. Congratulations on a fantastic start to your inaugural season! Go Vikings!
