Blessing for New Flag
On Thursday, October 1, Violet Rana (’22) carried her country’s flag (Nepal) to our annual blessing of the flag ceremony during chapel. Violet is the first student from Nepal to attend Wisco. WLHS Conference President, Rev. Dr. Ken Fisher, blessed the flag, now the 41st to hang in our atrium.
These flags represent the countries of origin from our past and present student body and international students. They remind us that we are a Great Commission school. Welcome, Violet.
